[TYPO3] TV-FCE: Default values of elements

Hello,

when mapping a new element some default values are set in the DS. E.g. I insert a input type integer it sets the maximum value to 999 which kind of makes sense but the minimum to 25 which usually won't fit to 99,99999% of my use cases.
My question is where to change these default values for my whole T3 installation?
