[TYPO3] lot ot problems with ts editor in 4.2

TS editor has problem with polish characters.
TS template is cut afrter polish character, I can't use history to undo 
cahnges becauser log is empty.
If I deacivate TS editor, I can't save template, nothing happens.
The only way I can edit/save template is thru list view.

anyone alse has similar problems in stable 4.2
