[TYPO3] seo_basics sitemap is not complete?

Hi.

I have installed the great extension seo_basics but I have a problem 
with the sitemap.

I am using CoolURI.

The sitemap show up but some sub level pages are missing. The sub pages 
that do not show up are stored in a sysfolder and the sysfolder is 
excluded from the page path with the CoolURI setting "Exclude this page 
from middle of a page path".

Is there a way to get these pages included in the sitemap?
