[TYPO3] URGENT: be_groups(subgroup) cannot have more than 20 subgroups!!!

thank you Peter,
I found answers to how to fix but frankly limit of 20 should be 
increased for serious implementations.
Your advice regarding re-organizing groups is arguable since 
re-organization of groups just to overcome an artificial limit of 20 is 
against common logic (since number 20 has no foundation under it) what 
will make maintenance a nightmare for a person not aware of typo3 
technical details.

said this... I greatly appreciate your prompt reply, and I do mean it.
