Hello Susanne and Andreas,

I added the Pros and Cons into the matrix. I think we have the important
points now.
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/DocTeam#HowTo_-_Alternative_ways

The sharing is easy enough - I like it much more than using the wiki for
manuals now. The problems can be fixed when Exporting to OpenOffice and
"repair" them.

The Revisions/ changes:
That's really perfect! In Susannes document even the changes in the
table are seeable. That is still the big problem of OpenOffice.

O3Spaces Workplaces:
I installed it on my Ubuntu Desktop this morning. The installation is
very easy, then the server is accessable via Firefox:
* Spaces: http://localhost:8095/Spaces
* Studio Admin-Tool: http://localhost:8095/Studio

You just need Java on your computer.

The admin-tool is for managing users, groups, roles (!), adding
projects, managing the templates(!).

After clicking at a document it opens in the local OpenOffice. So all
features of it are usable.

Please test also this

Cheers!
Daniel
