Tested that, too. If you take an already existing document and import it 
to google docs colors get lost (like the light grey for all headers), 
additionaly the automatically generated table of contents gets converted 
in simple text. Other than that everything seems fine.

The generated OpenOffice-Document looks just like the GoogleDoc + the 
footer is regenerated at the end of every page (in GoogleDocs it only 
shows up one time at the end of the text).
