[TYPO3] Indexing: mnoGoSearcg, Lucene, etc

If compare Lucene under PHP and Java, Java implementation its quite faster than PHP version but you could use PHP version in shared hosting and Java or Mono version (like Wikipedia) in you hava advanced hosting

mnoGoSearch is fine on shared hosting if it is installed there by admins. There is also TYPO3 extension for it. Sphinx also requires installation but it has less features and possibilities than mnoGoSearch.

Isn't it java-based? Why do you think shared hosting will have java?
