[TYPO3] Date format used in tt_news

I have it formated how I would like (as much as is possible with strftime),
the only thing I want (that could be done with date()) is to show st, nd,
rd, th etc after the day number. Date lets you use S for that.

Short answer is "possibly". Long answer depends on where you want to format
dates.
