[TYPO3] front end user registration adding link to form

Hi all,
In my Front End User Registration form I need to place a link to the website terms of use.
Now I thought to accomplish this as follows:

lib.confirmlink.2.value = terms of use
lib.confirmlink.2.typolink {

}

lib.confirmlink.3 = TEXT
lib.confirmlink.3.value = of company

Does anyone knows what is wrong or missing?
