Ohhhhhh boys, I can't believe it.......

sometimes errors are so apparent, and you search the whole world for the 
error, and it s just beside you...

Ok, shame on me!

For all the other guys who are interested in the solution on this problem.
I had the wrong rights on t3lib which was linked to a central T3 source on 
this server.
So T3 had problems executing the javascripts.
This is, why it happened only to this installation.


....anyway if it helps other people to prevent error,  I will happily 
provide the solution.
