[TYPO3] funny problems with T4.2

Seems like you have some JavaScript-related problems. Try to disable 
extensions and see whether your problem disappears. Sometimes there are 
extensions which include prototype.js or other JS-frameworks, and as 
there is a global prototype.js included in TYPO4.2 conflict with each other.
Another problem could be an firefeox-extension which is enabled and not 
working correctly.

So first try to disable all TYPO3-Extensions and then try to run the 
backend on a clean FF3 without any add-ons.
