[TYPO3] rgsmoothgallery works on index.php (main) page, but not on other pages...

I just installed rgsmoothgallery 1.3.0 on a typo3 4.1.1 installation.

I have the plugin working correctly on the main web page
(http://youth.horsebranch.org/index.php).

However, it will not work on any other pages, such as:
http://youth.horsebranch.org/index.php/Events/19/0/

I just get:

Title 1

This is description 1.
Title 2

This is description 2.
Title 3

This is description 3.
Title 4

This is description 4.

IE, I only get the titles and descriptions written out. I don't even get the
images shown.

Anyone have any ideas?
