[TYPO3] Cooluri sql errors

Hi,

This method is called only for redirects from old to new, so I don't see 
it as a big trouble. Sure, it can sometimes happen. Anyway, I did forget 
to add this patch. However, I don't think it's so critical, that I 
should upload 1.0.14 today ;)

Will be fixed.

Well, I used SF SVN for a while, but I didn't find it comfortable. I 
don't see a point in uploading changes both to TER (as new version) and 
SVN, when TER can still keep the old versions.
