[TYPO3] Forcing no caching for an extensions

our website is linking to two B2B plattforms. To provide our 
customers a single login solution, we are using the session ID to 
create a link with an encrypted username/password, store it in a 
mysql db. 

Our problem was,that which caching enabled, some users got a wrong 
login credentials, because the mysql query was not executed every 
time.
