[TYPO3] Problem with Multi-domains.. Help?

I dont mean "typo3" is broken... I mean, MY typo3 is having some general 
problem with domains.

Could it be a problem with my .htaccess?

Is there something to check out besides the "is root...", template 
record, domain reocrds?
