[TYPO3] Cooluri - anybody using page type "mount point"?

Presumption: If a var MP in linkVars is present, a mount point is used.
At this point we mustn't return the domain of the page, where the content
comes from, but we need the domain of the requested page, which includes the
content. IMHO this is always SERVER_NAME or HOST_NAME.
