[TYPO3] Searching a website

If you only need a simple but fast search and the project allows it I'd suggest to use a google custom search. Otherwise indexed_search has always been my choice as you can configurate almost everything.

Have you ever heard about such thing as search? :)

Yes, it is slow if you have lots of pages. It is even slower if you have large
load (and it will increase load even more).

There are alternatives but they are harder to install.
