[TYPO3] Strange TSconfig behave

Hi list.

Who knows . . .

I've some websites. All with TYPO3 4.2.1
In all those website I'm an admin.
In all those admin records I've ad to the TSconfig field this sentence:

	page.mod.web_list.hideTables = static_template

In most websites indeed the static templates are gone. In a few sites 
they remains.

Is there somewhere a configuration item what has to do with it? Or what?

Who knows . . .

I wonder.
