[TYPO3] captcha not functioning

I suppose Ralica answered to the topic (with same subject) that started 
on 18.07 and suggest that if someone is logged in BE in a browser tab 
and tries to test in FE the captcha in another browser tab, then the 
captcha is not tested at all. At least it's what I understand, but I 
might be wrong ;-)
