[TYPO3] close button of pmkslimbox appears with powermail form

hi,

developing a new site unfortunately on a host which disabled exec(), so 
ImageMagick does not work. applying jb_gd_resize and it seems working 
fine with image resizing.

i use pmkslimbox for some of the pictures and realized a strange behavior:

on a page containing (no image at all) only a powermail form the close 
button of the slimbox appears like this:

what can be wrong?
