[TYPO3] Menu for nsb_cat2menu

Nsb_cat2menu has a user function, which dont' support all needed 
properties. The user function just handles normal and 'ACT' item states 
- so not needed support for creating dynamic menus. Sorry. :(

It is not worth to test any other menus - they will simple fail too.
