[TYPO3] rte in a flexform

Looking at the API

you can create a RTE in a flex from.

Is this correct? I can't see how to make a RTE, only a text area.

Has it got something to do with the wizard? I think it has. If so how do i
make one in my flexform? The section on wizards doesn't explain very much
