[TYPO3] FE File upload plugin

Unfortunately there's no ext that fully supports FE DAM uploads...

But few days ago I've send similar question on this list, Xavier gave
me some clue, and I've checked it...

In my opinion EXT:file_explorer is best solution, look at
documentation (typo3 repository) and demo: http://www.phlogi.net/index.php?id=392
