[TYPO3] restrict user edit abilities

Hi,

i'm new to Typo3 and looking for an extension that will help me to limit 
what users can change in content formatting.

There should be user only able to insert/change test. Important is that 
they should not be able to alter colors and styles of table or text in 
RTE. So the original site design is preserved.
But the should be able to make links, maybe bold, italic text, etc. Only 
basic formatting.
