[TYPO3] Problem with typo3temp cleanup

Hi Dmitry,

sorry. Did not mean to disrespect Typo3 :)

Do you know what could be wrong when typo3 does not regenerate the 
files? I'm running tests but the images that were in /typo3temp/pics/ 
are not getting regenerated. The directory stays empty :(

Is this a setting of some kind?
