[TYPO3] TCA.php issue

Ok, but let's say I will have three different SysFolders with three ext 
verions in each of them (one ext per language).
I was trying to do sth like that with TSConfig:

TCEFORM.tx_myext.files.config.uploadfolder = fileadmin/new

but it gives no result. Can I do sth like that?
