[TYPO3] External recource GIFBUILDER

Unfortunately for you, I don't get your hint. What is excactly wrong
with my explanation of the issue? Anyway. You said yes. I tried it, but
it doen't seem to work.

TypoScript doensn't seem to accept image resources from an external
webpage.
