[TYPO3] pi_list_searchBox --> marker

Hello List,

I try to extend the extension sf_books.
Everything is running except one thing.
the extension outputs a searchform under
the content list.

line in class.tx_sfbooks_pi1:
=======================================
$fullTable.=$this->pi_list_searchBox();
=======================================

Is it possible to output this on a predefined
marker within my template?
