[TYPO3] Ampersand in strict page title

Hi,

I have a website that uses the XHTML specifications but it is failing
because of the ampersand in the terms & conditions page's title. I know
I have seen some Typo Script that fixes the problem but I just can't
find it again :(

Any help is appreciated,
