[TYPO3] no password check in install tool!

In my experience this warning have been created because of invalid table 
field information
If you install some plugins incorrect order this can be fixed just 
deleting tables.
For example if installed direct_mail without installed first latest 
version of tt_address.
You can't fix database error installing after direct_mail tt_address.
