[TYPO3] ChangeLog formatting

Hi peeps,

I am looking to update the change log of my extension and I am taking
the one for TemplaVoila as a reference. 

The TV change log bullet lists have different bullets (*, ~, +). Are
there format rules for these lists? Is there an article on the internet
about writing Typo3 change logs?
