I do not know yet. There is a list of things to implement, rating is on the list.

I want to be honest: I cannot promise that donation will greatly speed up adding of this feature, though donation motivates in general. I have rating code developed for another extension but it is not fully tested yet. When it works, it will become a new extension and will be plugged in to comments.
