[TYPO3] Menu - without foldout (CORRECTED)

Perhaps I should explain it a bit more correctly...

I have a fold out menu:

menu 1
   - menu 1.1
   - menu 1.2
   - menu 1.3
menu 2
menu 3
menu 4              <---  should not show a page, but only show the  
submenu
   - menu 4.1
   - menu 4.2
   - menu 4.3

Hope it clarifies it a bit more...
