[TYPO3] clearing cache in tables

dear list,

i inject data using mysql update statements with external script into
tt_address but the new value won't appear in the front end, i disabled cache
on the page and also clear all cache in backend which don't seems to take
effect of the new address.

is there a way to use the new/injected values without using the back end
editor?

appreciates any response.
