[TYPO3] No admin panel in frontend

Try using
page.config.admPanel = 1
 
Where page is your default PAGE object

Hi,
Have activated the admin panel ( config.admPanel = 1 ) and there is no
admin panel in the frontend for a admin user.

There is also nothing in the source code about the panel.

Have tried to disable extensions and remove css, same problem.
