[TYPO3] Strange display problem with TYPO3 and Vista

Thanks for checking it out. I made a test page where I changed the image's file name and it works now.
new.eeiu.org/test.html

For some reason it seems this vista install is blocking images with the "banner" in them. Funny, I 
have no filter software installed.
