[TYPO3] direct_mail_subscription filling the Template

Hi all,
Does someone know how to prefill the form fields of de fe_admin_dmailsubscrip.tmpl with values taken from fe_users login session.
I have link from a personal page to the subscription form of the mail subscription. The person should only be able to say if he wants a html or text version.
Name and email should be taken from the login session. Thank's in advance
