[TYPO3] pixe_feediting question

[Cray Flatline]

Really strange, but I have looked to ext.manager -> pixe_editing and 
what I see? (:

enable.addEditMenu=1
enable.addEditPanel=0
Enable.userSetup=1

What else might be? )): I have no ideas already. ):
