[TYPO3] CoolUriConf.xml - CALL FOR ALL to build a global XML

What about adding those snippets to the wiki? This project is imho a 
perfect thing to use the wiki! Why should we send long XML files around 
again and again and waste human resources for cleanup/coordination?
