[TYPO3] French charset - SOLVED!

Naturally, I search the 'net for hours, and the minute
I post to the group, I find the solution :-P

Install Tool -> All Configuration:

- [UTF8filesystem] = checked
- [forceCharset] = utf-8

Thanks anyway - hopefully this solution will help
someone out there!
