dear friends :
 
 
       i met a problem that my manager asked me to complete this part:
 
these is a container which is developed by templavoila , this container contains contents of the left column.
 
the contents of the left column is tt_news. now the problem appears:
 
    if no content , the container is hiden ;
   if content, the container is displayed .
 
 
the content here contains two parts : the left column and the tt_news.
