Well, you proposed a list of tables for which the pid must be stored 
(pages, tt_content).
If this list is used to prevent pids from being excluded from 
$data['tag_pages'], we should allow some more tables to be added to this 
list.
But chances are, that I did not get your original point... even more 
confusion now. ;-)
