[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register / sr_email_subscribe - links in additional labels

Hi list,

i use sr_email_subscribe together with direct_mail. Everything works 
fine, except the labels for some fields, that i used to extend tt_address.
The fields are checkboxes like "Agreed to terms of use" and contains 
some formatting, like <strong> or a link, preferably a typolink <link 
58>Agree to terms</link>
But these labels are parsed through htmlspecialchars in 
class.tx_srfeuserregister_marker.php, so all tags get substituted.

Did i miss something, to get that working?

I have overwritten these lines in a XCLASS to use stdWrap, rather than 
this forced parsing so i can make use of lib.parseFunc.
The function addLabelMarkers was changed in one of the last updates, so 
i'm not sure if this will last.
