[TYPO3] Is TYPO3 4.2.1 backend combatible with FF 2?

Hi,

I've just installed TYPO3 4.2.1 and when I tried to browse the backend 
using FF 2.0.0.16 I saw that all context sensitive help texts (in ? 
icons) were expanded! Is this an issue?
