[TYPO3] Extension for BE user register?

Hallo everybody

Is there any extension for BE user register? New user can register on the website and decide his id and password himself and the admin can receive an email after the new user created his account. When admin agree the request and assign the new user his user group and workspace, new users can login the  back end. Thanks very much.
