[TYPO3] How to handle maintainers of one web site?

E.g. when setting up a backend usergroup you set the mountpoint in the pagetree. Only pages below that point are visible to the user.

I think that is what I need. How do I mount only parts for user A and
other parts for user B?
(I only found that I can have users, but they could access all pages)
