the extension 'smile_workflowdoc' has the problem of a file without name
which is about 80KB in size. probably the missing manual.sxw, maybe with
some special chars in the name?

as Xavier wrote already: the extension is from 2005, where TYPO3 version
3.4(?) was the actual version. The extension xclasses at least 9 core-
files, which might be completely altered meanwhile.
Does they exist at all?

How should your TYPO3 work at all with such an old core(-substitute)?
