[TYPO3] Not showing subitems ( menu problem )

Only submenu of current page is shown. If you want to have submenus of 
all the menu pages open all the time, set the property expAll to 1. 
expAll is the property of TMENU, not its items.

However, as far as I remember, this didn't work properly for HMENUs with 
".special = directory" in older (< 4.1.2) versions of TYPO3. There was a 
workaround, though.
