Good. Just take care to do it properly, at best by creating a small 
extension and declaring the field as mediumblob in there. TYPO3 will 
take care of altering the field when installing the extension and if you 
ever check your database with the Install tool, it will remember that 
you want the field to be mediumblob instead of blob.
