[TYPO3] display the same content object in multiple places

Hi everyone

I guess the following is possible but I haven't figured out how so far:

My page is going to have a sidebar with semi dynamic content, i.e. some
content records will be displayed on must of the subpages of the website but
not on all, and these records might change occasionally.

My idea is the following: create a sysfolder that will contain all the
records to which the above condition applies and then place a "link" in all
the places where the record should appear in the FE.
When one of these records needs a change, only the original in the sysfolder
will be changed and the change "propagates" through the link.

Is there such a solution?
